Following the wisdom of teacher and writer Ruth Ayres, we’ll take some time from our busy lives to find ourselves and declare who we are through a manifesto.

Manifesto stems from the Latin word manifestus, which means “obvious.” When we know who we are, it becomes more obvious what we are to do as writers and humans. Through writing and living our manifestos, our relationships with one another, and ourselves become stronger.
