YpsiWrites: Love Letters to Ypsilanti

The 2023 Ypsilanti Bicentennial is commemorating the 200th anniversary of the city of Ypsilanti's incorporation on April 22, 1823. We're celebrating Ypsilanti’s past as well as the pride, diversity, and heritage of the city today. Join YpsiWrites in writing love letters to and about the city we love so much!

You can write your own love letter to Ypsilanti or use one of the prompts created by YpsiWrites. Postcards with prompts are available at all Ypsilanti District Library branches. Submitted letters and cards may be displayed on YpsiWrites’ website or at events celebrating the bicentennial.
